Located in the oldest commercial building on South Congress Avenue in Austin — a dry goods store constructed in 1889 — Blackmail embodies the hip vibe of the SoCo shopping district. Crumbling ivory walls original to the century-old structure now offset clean, modern merchandise for men, women, children, and pets…all in black.
